Fascia and scotia replacement
Timber doesn’t last forever especially when exposed to the extreme Australian elements. Rot is the most common issue to arise with fascias and scotia. Scotia is the thin beading of timber that holds the cement up on the gables. When this starts to rot there is nothing to stop that cement falling down to the ground or onto your head. Once this cement has fallen down there is also now an entry point for possums to get into the roof. When these timbers start to rot why not give us a call to come and give you a quote to install new treated pine scotia and fascia before that rot spreads!
